A history of the New York Empire State Tattoo Expo
The documented history of the New York Empire State Tattoo Expo reaches back to 2014, when the event began establishing a recurring place within New York’s tattoo convention calendar. Over the years, the Expo has brought together tattoo artists, studios, collectors, industry professionals and visitors from different parts of the world.
Its artist line-ups have included internationally recognized names across different generations and tattoo styles. Current event material lists more than 500 participating artists and studios, reflecting the scale the Expo has reached after more than a decade of editions.
